Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing at all times.

Services are not suitable for individuals experiencing acute psychological distress or crisis.

4. Communication & Service Structure

Services are delivered within a fixed and defined framework.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Online written communication only

• No live calls or video sessions

• Limited response frequency

• No instant replies

• No weekend contact

Response timing and intervals form part of the service structure.

Failure to respect established boundaries may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Fees, Subscription & Payment

Services are offered on a monthly subscription or retainer basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All fees are confirmed prior to engagement and are payable in advance.

Once terms are agreed, a secure online payment link will be provided. Services will not commence until payment has been received.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a billing period once it has commenced.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in accordance with these Terms.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge and agree that they:

• Are solely responsible for their decisions and actions

• Will seek appropriate professional advice where necessary

• Will not rely on the Provider as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals

Engagement is undertaken voluntarily and at the client’s own risk.

7. No Guarantees

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or personal developments arising from participation.

Any guidance or perspective offered is provided without warranty or guarantee.

8. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

• Boundaries are breached

• Payment obligations are not met

• Continued engagement is deemed inappropriate

Termination does not entitle the client to any refund for the current billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, written materials, frameworks, and communications remain the intellectual property of Annabelle Talbot and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or shared without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from use of this website or services.

In all circumstances, the Provider’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the twelve (12) weeks preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

12. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
