How I Work

All interaction is online.

Communication takes place via private email.

Clients send one structured message per week outlining current decisions, pressures, unresolved situations, or areas of overload.

I review the submission carefully and respond once per weekday within my response window (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm UK time).

Each response provides:

  • Clear prioritisation

  • Direct challenge where avoidance is present

  • Reinforcement of boundaries

  • Narrowed focus for the coming week

  • The focus is practical judgement and forward momentum — not reflection for its own sake

I do not engage in ongoing back-and-forth exchanges. The value comes from clarity, not conversation.

Silence is part of the framework. It allows space for integration rather than reaction.

The structure is fixed and not open to negotiation.

What I Do Not Offer

  • Live calls or video sessions

  • Therapy, coaching, or clinical advice

  • Emotional caretaking or reassurance

  • Instant replies

  • Weekend contact
